UNION - Sharon Elizabeth Roberts Wankewycz, 59, died Monday, August 17, 2009 at her residence. She enjoyed Golfing, the beach, her Grandchildren and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents James Marshall Roberts and Alice Jenkins Roberts; brother James "BoBo" Roberts and half-brother Michael Roberts. She is survived by her husband Walter Wankewycz of Union; daughter Laura Redmon of Florence; step-daughters Lisa Thorsen of Burton, OH and Kristin Tucholski of Westlake, OH; step-son Kristopher Wankewycz of Parma, OH; sisters Karen McGraw and Luann Littman and brother Rick Roberts all of Cleveland, OH; 12 Grandchildren and one Great-Granddaughter .
Visitation will be Saturday, August 22, 2009 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home of Florence. Service will follow immediately at 4:30 also at the funeral home. There will also be a Memorial Service Saturday, August 29, 2009 at New Life Fellowship, 5994 Ridge Rd. Parma, OH 44129 from 1-3 PM.
