Obituary of Anthony Pierson

Anthony "Andy" Warren Pierson, age 34, of Sparta, passed Saturday, April 28th. He was a construction worker and a member of Christ Chapel Church in Erlanger. Andy was a gifted artist, who enjoyed the outdoors (especially gardening and climbing), cooking, and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sue Nance; step-father Ron Nance; sister, Shawn Floyd; and brother, Demetrius Nance. Survivors include his daughters, Rochelle and Yvonne Pierson ; Mikey Regensburger, whom he thought of like a son; father, Steve Pierson; sisters, Ronnette Williams, Deanne Theising, Tina Calutti, Stacie Nance, Tammy Kerr, Deanna Williams, and Mandy Brumett; brothers, Ronnie Nance, Jeffrey Nance, Steve Floyd, Stevie Adkins, Tommy Pierson, and Matt Bowlin. Visitation will be Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Christ Chapel Church, 3819 Turfway Road Erlanger, KY 41018. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will be at Paintslick Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Pierson Family, c/o Chambers and Grubbs, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051 to go toward funeral expenses or the Celebrate Recovery Ministry at Christ Chapel Church.
