FLORENCE - Betty Mae Buckler Pelfrey, 71, died Saturday, April 25 at the St. Luke Hospital West in Florence. She was a telemarketer who worked for the Boone County Recorder and the Vietnam Veterans of America. She was also a member of the Bellevue Bottoms Church of Christ. Survivors include daughter, Robin Pelfrey of Lexington; son, Michael Pelfrey of Hebron; son, Jeffrey Pelfrey of Cincinnati, OH; son, Mark Pelfrey of Union; sister, Judy Noel of Glencoe; brother, Dwight Buckler of Florence; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 28 at the Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 29 also at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bellevue Bottoms Cemetery in Petersburg.
