Obituary of Boyd Gabbard

ERLANGER - Boyd Gabbard, 77, died Friday, April 17, at Bridgepoint Health Care Center, Florence. He was an electrician for General Motors, an Air Force veteran and member of Florence Masonic Lodge. His wife, Jennie Lee Acree Gabbard, died in 1979. Survivors include his sons, Steve Gabbard of Crescent Springs and Donald Gabbard of Falmouth; sisters, Blondell Pottinger, Aileen Taylor and Birtie Farmer all of Montgomery; brothers, Hermann, Lovelace and Herschel Gabbard all of Hamilton, Ronald Gabbard of Clermont County; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 8:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 2, with service following at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.
