Obituary of Norma Laverne Boyers

Norma Laverne Boyers, 70, of Walton, died Saturday at her home. She was a retired receiving clerk with Levi Strauss Co., a member of First Baptist Church of Walton and a Sunday school teacher. Survivors include her husband, Billy Boyers Jr.; a son, Donnie Boyers of Morning View; daughters, Debbie Gaines and Vickie Benton, both of Walton; a brother, Kenneth Jenkins of Butler; sisters, Doris Lovelace of Falmouth, Ardella Osborne of Florence and Martha Wafford of Butler; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church, Walton. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Turner Ridge Cemetery, Falmouth. Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church, 47 S. Main St., Walton, Ky. 41094.
