Obituary of Kathleen E. Meier

Kathleen K. Kean Meier, 68, of Independence, died Sunday at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Covington. She was a homemaker and a member of Hopeful Lutheran Church, Florence.
Survivors include her husband, Norman D. Meier; sons, Bill Meier and John S. Meier, both of Independence; a daughter, Karen Henderson of Independence; a brother, Louis Kean of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; a sister, Lousa Euwema of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorials are suggested to St. Charles Care Center, 500 Farrell Drive, Covington, Ky. 41011; St. Elizabeth Hospice, 401 E. 20th St., Covington, Ky. 41014; or Hopeful Lutheran Church Building Fund, 6430 Hopeful Road, Florence, Ky. 41042.
