ERLANGER - Robert Lee Oliver, 74, of Erlanger, formerly of Charlottesville, Va., died Saturday, Feb. 21, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, EdgewoodHe was a machinist for Mercury Instruments, an Air Force veteran and member of Florence Masonic Lodge 949. His wife, Wilma Jean Humphrey Oliver, died in 2006. Survivors include his daughters, Ola Sewell of Florence and Karen Gross of Union; sons, Bobby Oliver of Erlanger, Mike Oliver of Cincinnati, Steve Oliver of Walton, John Oliver of Dayton, Kevin, Shawn, Brian and Tad Oliver, all of Florence; brother, William Oliver, of Florence; 24 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24 and service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.
