Obituary of Esther Burns

Esther Brooks Burns, 84, died Wednesday, July 23, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.
She was a homemaker and member of Southside Baptist Church, Covington.
Her husband, Floyd Burns, died in 2003.
Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Woodruff; sister, Bernice Sparrow; brother, Layle Brooks; and two grandsons.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-noon Friday, July 25, with service following at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.
Memorials: St. Vincent DePaul Society of Northern Kentucky, 2655 Crescent Springs Road, Erlanger, KY 41018; or St. Elizabeth Hospice Program, 483 South Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017.
