Denise Lee Adams Anderson, 57, died Thursday, June 19.
She was a nurse for Care Tenders, member of St. Cecilia Church, Taylor Mill and she enjoyed working with flowers.
Survivors include her husband, Ernie Anderson; sons, Paul, Scott and Andy Anderson; daughter, Kelly Jones; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday, June 22 and service will be 10 a.m. Monday, June 23, at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.
Memorials: St. Elizabeth Hospice Program, 483 South Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017.
