Obituary of Dennis Mullins

Dennis Mullins, 78, of Latonia Lakes, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. He was a retired welder and an Army veteran. His wife, Miriam Zoe Slemp Mullins; and a daughter, Sherry Steffke, preceded him in death. Survivors include a son, Mike Mullins of Paintsville; daughters, Linda Maier of Edgewood and Kim Mullins of Covington; a brother, Bud Mullins of Dearborn, Mich.; a sister, Janola Rubinich of Lutz, Fla.; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, Latonia. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Walton. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. Memorials are suggested to Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 6056 Taylor Mill Road, Latonia, Ky. 41015.
