Obituary of Dorothy Perry

Dorothy Fay Glacken Perry, age 85, of Independence, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Florence Park Nursing Home in Florence, KY. She was a member of Nicholson Christian Church, a former Secretary for Logan & Kanahwa and also formerly delivered papers for the Kentucky Post. Mrs. Perry enjoyed quilting, gardening and yard work. Her son, Donald Edward Perry, preceded her in death in 1970. Survivors include her husband, Charles Perry; grandchild, Robert Edward Handorf; three great-grandchildren; and four step grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Chambers & Grubbs in Florence with funeral services immediately following at noon. Interment will be at Floral Hills Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 644 Linn St, Cincinnati, OH 45203.
