Obituary of Karen Adams

Karen Gail Morgan Adams, 63, of Walton passed away Monday, February 18, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. She was a secretary at Holmes High School, a member of Florence Baptist at Mt. Zion Church, enjoyed reading, working puzzles, traveling, but most of all she enjoyed her grandchildren. Her parents, William, Sr. and Katherine Walden Morgan, and sister-in-law, Dianne Palmore Morgan preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, of 44 years, Henry Adams; daughter, Kimberly Adams (Todd) Reams of Independence; sons, Jeremy Lee Adams of Independence and Aaron Thomas (Krystle) Adams of Walton; sisters, Sandy Mulligan of Erlanger and Connie Crittenden of Florence; brothers, Billy Morgan of Burlington and Johnny Morgan of Florence; grandchildren, Michael Reams, Bryce Reams, Kiersten Reams, Haley Adams, Akiyah Adams, Kiearre Adams, Cole Adams, and Kor-rae Adams; and several nieces & nephews. Visitation will be Friday, February 22, 2013 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Burial will be at Independence Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Florence Baptist Church at Mt. Zion, 642 Mt. Zion Rd., Florence, KY 41042 or the American Cancer Society, 297 Buttermilk Pike, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017.
