I'll always remember her from one sunny summer day when I was probably around 4 or 5 years old... We had a lil' kiddie pool set up on the hill at the house in Zion Station. Corrine and Pearl were there visiting. Corrine rolled up her pants legs and got in with us. I remember her smiling and playing, splashing and having fun. Corrine always had a good time.

I am Pearl Pernell's granddaughter. Pearl and Corrine spent a lot of time together when I was growing up. I thought of them as grand sisters. I now live in Seattle and just heard of Corrine's passing. I am so sorry. I have many fond memories of Corrine. My Condolences to you all. Corrine was such a fun and sweet woman. She will be missed.

What a great trip with Grandma Collins. She was a great person, so much fun to be around, and always smiling. I don't know if you have been to Niagra Falls but there are hills everywhere. Diane and I were pushing her in her wheel chair up and down those hills as she was smoking a cigarette but didn't smoke at that time but she was having a good time with it and laughing all the time. One evening as we were going back to the room I asked her if she wanted out at the door and she said no, take me to my bed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family and especially Diane and Angie. What a wonderful person!
