Obituary of William Bishop

William Anthony Bishop II, age 69 of Covington, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2012. He was a retired butcher for Serve All Meats. Bill enjoyed fishing, hunting and was a handi-man extraordinaire. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Anna Mae Bishop; his son, Kenny Bishop; and his sisters, Regina and Kathy. Bill is survived by his wife, Sheridan Bishop; daughters, Lisa Jump and Carolyn Cooper both of Independence; sons, Billy and Jason Bishop, both of Independence and Joshua Bishop of Ft. Mitchell; sisters, Marie Daughtery of Florence, Sue Burkhart of Walton and Rose Ann Howard of Albuquerque, NM; brothers, Tommy Bishop of Sadieville and Michael Bishop of Texas; and 5 grandchildren. Services will take place Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home of Independence. A gathering of friends will take place from 12-2 pm with the memorial service immediately following. Burial will take place in Richwood Cemetery.
