I knew Chris for a long time at Green Run Baptist Church. While he was the worship leader, I used to run the projector screen for him. Any time I did an exceptional job, he would tell me that he was going to "double my salary", which was, of course, zero dollars. That was the kind of humor Chris loved.

I am so sorry for your lose. Chris was a wonderful man and will always be remembered as such. I do not believe he ever met a stranger. He was always kind, friendly and loved to joke. Even after we split from the bank he would always chat when we saw each other in the hall or out front. He still remained part of our survivor team and always had something funny to add about the outcome of the shows. Chris will always remain in my prayers as will his family.
