Obituary of David Mosmeier

David Harris Mosmeier, age 61 of Richwood, passed away Friday, December 7, 2012. He was a retired social worker for the State of Kentucky. David was a member and elder of Richwood Presbyterian Church, a volunteer for United Way, was past Director of Maplewood Children's Home, former director of Boone Co. Human Services, a University of Kentucky Graduate who enjoyed watching the Wildcats and an avid golfer.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Houston Mosmeier, daughter Amanda Branscum(Ray) of Verona, Ky., son David Michael Mosmeier(Kellie) of Burlington, Ky., sister Mary Conrad of Georgia, brothers, Robert Mosmeier of Sandy, Or. and Roy Mosmeier of Sunman, In. and grandchildren, Alyssa Mosmeier and Nicholas Mosmeier.
Services will be held at Chambers & Grubbs Walton on Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm with the funeral service immediately following. Burial will be in Richwood Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to charity of choice.
