Obituary of Angela Roppe

Angela Stephens Roppe, age 41, of Independence, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, working on crafts, and writing. Her mother, Angela Stephens Binford preceded her in death. Survivors include her sons, Brad Roppe and Joshua Lee; daughter, Sarah Jane Roppe-Vollmer; father and stepmother, Danny and Virginia Stephens; sisters, Sheryl (Kurt) Vollmer, Donna (Jeff) Hawkins, Lynnette Ball; brothers, Danny (Jaime) Stephens II and Marc (Tracy) Stephens; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, December 10, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Chambers & Grubbs in Independence. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Floral Hills Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Children of Angela Roppe Education Fund, c/o of any Bank of Kentucky location.
