Obituary of Homer Martin

Homer E. "Bud" Martin, 95, died Sunday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.
He was a machinist for Ohio Knife; member of Madison Avenue Christian Church, Covington, Masonic Lodge in Hebron and Moose Lodge; and he pitched in the Spiney Leagues in the 1930s.
His wife, Amelia Elizabeth Bitter Martin, died in 2003.
Survivors include his nieces, Carol Perry, Judith Hall-Thompson, Barbara Bustle and Billie Sue Collins; and nephew, Joseph Hall.
Visitation will be 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday with service following at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.
