Obituary of James Webster

James H. Webster, 65, of Independence, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. He was a retired machinist with CSX Transportation and a member of Golden Rule Masonic Lodge in Covington, Scottish Rite, Shriners and the Church of Christ, Nicholson. He was an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Francis M. Webster; a son, Tom Webster of Burlington; a daughter, Petra Fuqua of Independence; a brother, Ken Webster of Independence; and five grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.
