Obituary of Carol Monce

Carol June Winget Monce, age 70, of Independence, went on to be with the Lord Thursday, November 15, 2012 at her daughter's residence. Ms. Monce was a former counselor for Lighthouse Counseling in San Jose, CA and also previously worked as a Secretary for Park Victoria Baptist Church in Milpitas, CA and the Sunnyvale California Police Department. She was also a member of the Bridge Community Church in Wilder, KY and enjoyed reading and studying the Bible and mysteries. Survivors include her daughters, Sherry Louise (Bob) Barron of Kapolei, HI and Terri Rachelle (Bob) Rainey of Independence; grandchildren, Brielle Broaddus, Barrett Rainey, and Nicholas Barron; and great grandson, Ethan Broaddus. Memorial services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Green City, MO. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence will be assisting the family. Memorial donations may be sent to the Bridge Community Church Sunday Night Live Ministry at 1019 Town Drive, Wilder, KY 41076.
