Dear Paul,
I can't thank you enough for the impact you had on my life these last few years. You exemplified the power of an open heart, a keen mind and the true spirit of hospitality.
I will miss the delicious meals we've shared but more our conversation before during and after. You have been may favorite business counsel, entertainment consultant, wine and whisk(e)y nerd, chess opponent and general phone a friend.
I miss you terribly and know that is unlikely to change. But what a life well lived. I will carry forever the lessons you gave me about family, business, charity, living and facing death.
I will keep Ollie, Amy, Jeremy, Kyle and the rest of your family in my prayers. Rest in peace my friend. You've earned it.

“Ollie and Family—So sorry to hear of Paul’s passing. He was a wonderful, gracious, humble and intelligent man. We enjoyed coming to your home and being served a chef’s meal by Paul that compared to none other. And of course his stories………once he said Duke’s mayonnaise wasn’t sold where you and Paul lived, so you had it shipped to the house. He had the best quick sense of humor. Paul was an example of a life very well lived and he will be missed. Love and prayers go out to you and the family.

Dear Paul,
As I sit down to write this, I find myself struggling to find the right words to express the depth of my sorrow and the breadth of my gratitude for having known you. You were more than a friend and colleague; you were a beacon of light in my life, a source of unwavering guidance and joy.
Your kindness knew no bounds. Whether it was a listening ear, or a shared laugh, you were always there, ready to offer your heart unconditionally. Your generosity and compassion touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing you.
The memories we’ve shared are countless and precious. I often remember the laughter we shared talking about the old days, or after we negotiated a deal, the adventures we embarked on while traveling on so many business trips, and even the quiet moments of simple companionship chit-chatting after hours in your office or on the phone. Each memory is a testament to the incredible person you were – full of life, love, and an infectious spirit that brightened even the darkest days.
Your knowledge of food & beverage was second to none. In your presence, I always felt valued and understood. You had an uncanny ability to see the best in people and to bring out the best in them. Your positivity was a balm for weary souls, and your words had the power to lift spirits and inspire hope.
Though you have left us far too soon, your legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew you. You have left an indelible mark on our lives, and for that, we are eternally grateful. Your memory will continue to guide us, to comfort us, and to remind us of the meaning of true friendship.
As I say goodbye, I hold onto the hope that we will meet again. Until that day, I will carry you with me, cherishing the lessons you’ve taught me and the care and compassion you’ve shown me.
Rest in peace, dear friend. You are deeply missed, but never forgotten.

So sorry for your loss.
It is heartbreaking to hear of Paul's passing.
I have always been amazed at the pure knowledge of Paul .
He mentored many of us and I am heartbroken by the news.
Starting out as a chef and rising to CEO and Paul helped many restaurants in the development of food, menu and marketing ideas through his abundance of knowledge.
Thank- you for everything you did for me Paul.
