Obituary of Lester H. Creekmore

Lester Homer Creekmore, of Independence, KY passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the age of 81. He was born in Newport, KY on December 12, 1936; the son of the late Homer and Hazel Creekmore. Lester was retired from Cincinnati Bell. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, yard work and UK Basketball. His greatest joy, however, was spending time with his cherished family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Madison Eaves.

Lester is survived by his loving wife, Judy Creekmore; children, Rachel (Chris) Eaves, Jeff Schultz, Alan (Debbie) Bryant; 5 grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.

A visitation for Lester will be held on Wednesday, May­­­­­­ 23, 2018 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM at Hickory Grove Baptist Church11969 Taylor Mill Rd, Independence, KY 41051. Burial with Military Honors will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in ERlanger, KY.
