Obituary of Frederick Taylor

Rev. Frederick Taylor, age 81, of Burlington, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. He was a retired Maintenance Man for Celotex, a traveling evangelist, and a member of Freewill Baptist Church. His wife, Agnes L. Hopkins Taylor preceded him in death in 2004. Survivors include his loving wife, Joyce Taylor; daughters, Sharon Jones, Brenda Weirman, Wanda McNeese, and Anita Barrett; sons, Eddie Wayne, Billy, and Danny; step-daughters, Joyce Ann Adams and Alisa Cable; sisters, Raba Baker, Dalphine Wells, and Jeanette Flint; brothers, Charles, Clifford, and Clarence; 27 grandchildren and step grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren and step great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 28, 2012 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence with a funeral service beginning at 5 p.m.
Visitation will also be held Sunday, January 29, 2012 from 1 to 3 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 3 p.m. at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home in Pineville, KY. Interment will be in Alex Creek Cemetery, Pineville, KY.
Memorials may be made to any children's home.
