Obituary of Helen Smith

Helen Juanita Duncan Smith, 76, of Erlanger, died Thursday at Florence Park Care Center, Florence. Her daughter, Pam Thompson, preceded her in death. Helen Smith Survivors include her husband, Donald Smith; sons, Randall Gail Thompson of Strunk and Allen Dale Thompson of Canoe; daughters, Carol Sorrell of Lake Charles, La., Bonnie Neaves, Judy Campbell, and Doris Collins, all of Cincinnati, Peggy Carnes of Erlanger, Kathy Spradlin and Lois Trammell, both of Strunk; a brother, Raymond Duncan of Indianapolis, Ind.; a sister, Betty Williams of Williamsport, Ind.; 22 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 2 p.m. Sunday.
