Obituary of Michael Vincent Dobias

Michael Dobias, 49, of Independence, died Saturday at his home. He was a former production worker with Dana Corp. and a member of St. Cecilia Church, Independence. Survivors include daughters, Salina Dobias and Brittney Dobias, both of Crittenden; brothers, John Dobias of White Lake, Mich., David Dobias of Fenton, Mich., and Gary Dobias of Gladwin, Mich.; and a sister, Christine Dobias of Fraser, Mich. Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will begin there at 4 p.m. Friday.
