Obituary of Orville Pete Luttrell

Orville "Pete" Luttrell, 75, of Covington, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, Edgewood. He was a retired station manager with Ashland Oil Co., a member of American Legion Post No. 11 and a Marine Corps veteran. A son, Douglas Luttrell, died in 2005.
Survivors include his wife, Porsche Luttrell; sons, Stephen Luttrell of Florence and Kevin Luttrell of Covington; a brother, Elmer Littrell of Lexington; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be at noon Friday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Walton. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society, 297 Buttermilk Pike, Fort Mitchell, Ky. 41017.
