Obituary of Sandra Lynn Frank

Sandra Lynn Clegg Frank, 52, of Nashville, Tenn., formerly of Covington, died Saturday at her home. She was a nurse with the Nashville Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Survivors include her husband, John Lee Frank Sr.; a daughter, Jessica Lynn Adams of Independence; a son, Brian Clark of Wichita Falls, Texas; stepsons, John Frank Jr. of Union and Dallas Frank of Oklahoma City; sisters, Kathleen Ball of Independence and Rachel McKeehan of London; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at noon Thursday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Mother of God Cemetery, Fort Wright.
