Obituary of William Henry Warnke

William Henry Warnke III, 71, of Petersburg, died Saturday at his residence.
He was a retired truck driver and salesman from Klosterman's, former owner of Warnke Grocery, Newport, member and head trustee of Immanuel Baptist Church, Florence, and a former auxiliary police officer in Southgate.
Survivors include his wife, Eloise Mae Mains Warnke; a son, Bill Warnke Jr. of Petersburg; daughters, Cheryl Rorick of Walton and Diana Korner of Brookville, Ind.; brothers, Larry Warnke of Florence and LeRoy Warnke of Covington; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Baptist Church, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Belleview Bottoms Cemetery, Petersburg.
