Obituary of Stephen David Applegate

Stephen David Applegate, 31, of Walton, died Tuesday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas.
He was a cook with the International House of Pancakes.
Survivors include a son, Brennen Applegate of Erlanger; a daughter, Hailey Applegate of Erlanger; his parents, David E. Applegate of Florence and Judith A. Applegate of Walton; a brother, Michael Abbott of Lafayette, Ind.; sisters, Alicia Bauer of Erlanger, Cynthia Richards of Burlington, Monica Abbott of Dry Ridge and Melissa Richards of Crittenden; a stepbrother, Evan Wright of Florence; and grandmothers, Lillian Huffman of Cincinnati and Thelma Applegate of Stout, Tenn.
Services will be at noon Saturday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Burlington Cemetery.
