Obituary of Debra Kay Johnson

Debra Kay Johnson, 47, of Florence, died Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.
She was a former customer service representative from Road I.D. and a member of First Baptist Church of Atlanta, Atlanta, Ga.
Survivors include her husband, Keith A. Johnson; sons, David Larkin and Steve Addison, both of Northern Kentucky; daughters, Elizabeth Larkin and Kimberly Bowles, both of Northern Kentucky; stepsons, Zach Johnson of Virginia and Matthew Johnson of Independence; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Highland Cemetery Chapel, Fort Mitchell. Visitation will begin there at 10:30 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, 3333 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45229.
Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, is handling the arrangements.
