Obituary of Richard Donald Hilty

Richard Donald Hilty, age 63, of Walton, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence. Richard was born in Dayton, KY on November 11, 1954 to Don and Gladys Hilty. He was a retired track layer from Progress Rail Company. Richard enjoyed fishing, hunting, joking around and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Donald “Don” Hilty.

He is survived by his significant other, Angie Hilty; daughter, Lisa Hilty; granddaughter, Jessica Hilty; mother, Gladys Hilty; sister, Donna (Rick) Ziegler and other loving family members and friends.

A visitation for Richard will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, beginning at 10AM until the time of service at 12:00 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Walton. Burial will immeditly follow at Independence Cemetery, Independence, KY.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers are suggested to the Hilty family C/O Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Homes.
