Obituary of Doug Israel

Doug Israel, age 68, of Houston, TX/Cincinnati, OH, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018.

Doug was born in Covington, KY, to the late Sid and Mary Israel. Doug was a retired Senior V.P. of Product Development for American General Life. He was passionately political, a tech geek, and an information enthusiast who enjoyed cooking, music, and Cincinnati Sports. He loved animals of all sorts, particularly his beloved Gem and Lyttle. Doug is survived by his children, Evan Israel, and Chelsea (Kyle) Thompson; and brother, Terry (Joan) Dempsey.

A visitation for Doug will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018, from 11 to 1 pm at Chambers & Grubbs, Independence, KY. Funeral services will begin at 1 pm at the funeral home.
