Obituary of Elwood J. Fenhoff
Elwood J. Fenhoff, age 94, of Crestview, KY, peacefully passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at his residence. He was a retired Brick Layer/Owner for Fenhoff Brothers Masonry, a member of Taylor Mill Pentecostal Church, and a U.S. Army Veteran. Elwood served as part of the second wave of the Allied invasion of Normandy, France and the Allied liberation of Paris, France from Nazi Germany in WWII. During his later years, he enjoyed gardening and working around the house.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 61 years, Ruth Evelyn Fenhoff and many nephews and nieces.
His visitation will be Friday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. with his funeral service immediately following at 1 p.m. at Taylor Mill Pentecostal Church, 5336 Taylor Mill Rd., Taylor Mill, KY 41015. Interment with military honors will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Erlanger, KY.
